Individual Trail

BC-Vancouver Island / Port Renfrew

105 min driving from Downtown Victoria

Follow this narrow coastal trail from the waterfall and beach at Sombrio, across a suspension bridge at Loss Creek, log bridges, to the buoy, driftwood, and stone-laden Chin beach where multi-day hikers setup camp. Though, be very wary of high tides as they can cover the majority of the area. Depending on skill level and weather, this trail can take substantially longer due to muddy and technical sections. Absolutely don't forget to check out the hidden waterfall at the second half of Sombrio Beach near where the trailhead leads back into the forest.
